Responsibilities:
- Lead team and participate in the planning, fieldwork and completion of audit engagement
- Preparation of company tax returns
- Work with audit partner in a value-add audit process to improve the accounting and operations of clients
- Special projects, including review of cost systems and other operational systems to improve client operations
- Lead team and participate in due diligence reviews of acquisitions
- Lead team and participate in the preparation of a confidential information memorandum and data room on the sale of companies
- Preparation of financial statements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- CPA license preferred
- 5 years in auditing and financial management
- Strong organization, research, analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Technical skills related to audits and reviews
- Proficiency with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Internal Controls review
